施工的條件→精確放樣→接觸面鑿毛、預(yù)埋筋調(diào)整→鋼筋制作安裝→模板安裝→澆筑混凝土→拆模→養(yǎng)生

質(zhì)量控制

Quality Control

1、模板每次安裝前都要清理并涂刷脫模劑，脫模劑要涂刷均勻。

1. The formwork shall be cleaned and painted with release agent before each installation, and the release agent shall be painted evenly.

2、護(hù)欄鋼筋焊接和綁扎要符合設(shè)計(jì)和規(guī)范要求，特別是內(nèi)測(cè)的鋼筋位置要精確。

2. The welding and binding of guardrail reinforcement shall meet the design and specification requirements, especially the position of reinforcement measured internally shall be accurate.

3、模板安裝后要檢查模板的側(cè)面和頂面，模板的側(cè)面和頂面都要順直。

4、護(hù)欄混凝土的表面的蜂窩麻面面積不得超過該面面積的0.5%，深度不超過10mm。

6、護(hù)欄面與接縫處不得有開裂現(xiàn)象。錯(cuò)臺(tái)、平整度、外觀質(zhì)量問題要及時(shí)處理，并保證顏色一致。頂面平順美觀，高度一致。

6. There shall be no cracking at the guardrail surface and joint. The problems of wrong platform, flatness and appearance quality shall be handled in time, and the color shall be consistent. The top surface is smooth and beautiful with the same height.
