其實(shí)說(shuō)道鐵藝護(hù)欄，我想大家應(yīng)該沒(méi)有誰(shuí)會(huì)陌生，畢竟它現(xiàn)在已廣泛應(yīng)用在很多地方，我們到處可見，比如：幼兒園鐵藝護(hù)欄、學(xué)校、辦公區(qū)、工廠等等。但對(duì)于它的施工，應(yīng)該沒(méi)有幾個(gè)非業(yè)內(nèi)人士知道的，這里誠(chéng)信不銹鋼鐵藝客服部人員給大家講述一些鐵藝護(hù)欄施工的基本流程。

一、工程流程：

二、安裝預(yù)埋件（后加埋件）

2、 Install embedded parts (add embedded parts later)

鐵藝護(hù)欄預(yù)埋件的安裝只能采用后加埋件做法，其做法是采用膨脹螺栓與鋼板來(lái)制作后置連接件，先在土建基層上放線，確定立柱固定點(diǎn)的位置，然后在地面上用沖擊鉆鉆孔，再安裝膨脹螺栓，螺栓保持足夠的長(zhǎng)度，在螺栓定位以后，將螺栓擰緊同時(shí)將螺母與螺桿間焊死，防止螺母與鋼板松動(dòng)。扶手與墻體面的連接也同樣采取上述方法。

The installation of embedded parts for wrought iron guardrails can only be done using the method of adding embedded parts after installation. The method is to use expansion bolts and steel plates to make rear connectors. First, lay out the line on the civil foundation to determine the position of the column fixing point. Then, drill holes on the ground with an impact drill and install expansion bolts. The bolts should be kept of sufficient length. After the bolts are positioned, tighten them and weld the nuts and screws together to prevent loosening of the nuts and steel plates. The connection between the armrest and the wall surface also adopts the above method.

三、放線

3、 Line up

由于上述后加埋件施工，有可能產(chǎn)生誤差，因此，在立柱安裝之前，應(yīng)重新放線，以確定埋板位置與焊接立桿的準(zhǔn)確性，如有偏差，及時(shí)修正。應(yīng)保證鐵藝立柱全部座落在鋼板上，并且四周能夠焊接。

Due to the possibility of errors in the construction of the embedded parts mentioned above, it is necessary to re lay the line before installing the column to determine the accuracy of the buried plate position and the welded column. If there is any deviation, it should be corrected in a timely manner. It should be ensured that all iron columns are seated on steel plates and can be welded around them.

四、安裝立柱

4、 Install the pillar

焊接立柱時(shí)，需雙人配合，一個(gè)扶住鋼管使其保持垂直，在焊接時(shí)不能晃動(dòng)，另一人施焊，要四周施焊，并應(yīng)符合焊接規(guī)范。

When welding the column, two people need to cooperate. One person should hold the steel pipe to keep it vertical and not shake during welding, while the other person should weld around it and comply with the welding specifications.

五、扶手與立柱連接

立柱在安裝前，通過(guò)拉長(zhǎng)線放線，根據(jù)場(chǎng)地的傾斜角度及所用扶手的圓度，在其上端加工出凹槽。然后把扶手直接放入立柱凹槽中，從一端向另一端順次點(diǎn)焊安裝，相鄰扶手安裝對(duì)接準(zhǔn)確，接縫嚴(yán)密。相鄰鋼管對(duì)接好后，將接縫用鐵藝焊條進(jìn)行焊接。誠(chéng)信不銹鋼鐵藝客服部提醒：焊接前，必須將沿焊縫每邊30～50mm范圍內(nèi)的油污、毛刺、銹斑等清除干凈。

Before installing the column, a groove is machined at its upper end based on the inclination angle of the site and the roundness of the handrail used by stretching the line. Then place the handrail directly into the groove of the column, and install it by spot welding from one end to the other in sequence. The adjacent handrails should be installed accurately and the joints should be tight. After connecting adjacent steel pipes, weld the joints with iron welding rods. The customer service department of Chengxin Stainless Steel Iron Art reminds that before welding, the oil stains, burrs, rust spots, etc. within a range of 30-50mm along each side of the weld must be removed completely.

六、打磨拋光

6、 Polish and polish

全部焊接好后，用手提砂輪機(jī)將焊縫打平砂光，直到不顯焊縫。拋光時(shí)采用絨布砂輪或毛氈進(jìn)行拋光，重慶不銹鋼欄桿施工人員提醒，同時(shí)采用相應(yīng)的拋光膏，直到與相鄰的母材基本一致，不顯焊縫為止。

After all welding is completed, use a handheld grinder to level and sand the weld seam until it is no longer visible. When polishing, use a velvet grinding wheel or felt for polishing.
