　　設(shè)計與測量是制作的起點。首先需根據(jù)安裝場地的尺寸，精準測量門洞的寬度、高度及墻體厚度，確定大門的整體規(guī)格。濟南部分老城區(qū)的庭院空間有限，設(shè)計時需考慮大門開啟方式（平開或推拉）與周邊環(huán)境的適配性，避免占用過多空間。同時，結(jié)合業(yè)主的審美偏好，融入花紋、造型等藝術(shù)元素，如傳統(tǒng)的祥云圖案、簡約的幾何線條，或結(jié)合泉城文化的特色紋樣。設(shè)計圖紙需明確各部件的尺寸、連接方式及受力點，確保大門結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)固，尤其要考慮濟南冬季風(fēng)雪對大門的壓力，在關(guān)鍵部位增加承重設(shè)計。

　　Design and measurement are the starting points of production. Firstly, it is necessary to accurately measure the width, height, and wall thickness of the door opening based on the size of the installation site, in order to determine the overall specifications of the gate. The courtyard space in some old urban areas of Jinan is limited, and the design needs to consider the adaptability of the door opening method (flat opening or sliding) to the surrounding environment to avoid occupying too much space. At the same time, based on the aesthetic preferences of the owners, incorporate artistic elements such as patterns and shapes, such as traditional auspicious cloud patterns, simple geometric lines, or unique patterns of Quancheng culture. The design drawings need to specify the dimensions, connection methods, and force points of each component to ensure the stability of the gate structure, especially considering the pressure of winter wind and snow in Jinan on the gate, and adding load-bearing design in key areas.

　　材料選擇與裁剪需兼顧強度與美觀。常用材料為低碳鋼或花紋鋼板，低碳鋼可塑性強，適合鍛造復(fù)雜花紋，且經(jīng)過處理后能抵御濟南的潮濕氣候；花紋鋼板則自帶紋理，可簡化表面裝飾工序。根據(jù)設(shè)計圖紙，用切割設(shè)備將鋼材裁剪成門框、花件、面板等部件，切割時需保證切口平整，避免毛刺影響后續(xù)加工。對于需要彎曲或鍛造的部件（如弧形門框、立體花飾），需采用加熱鍛造工藝，將鋼材加熱至紅熱狀態(tài)后，用模具壓制成型，冷卻后進行修整，確保造型精準。

　　Material selection and cutting should balance strength and aesthetics. The commonly used materials are low-carbon steel or patterned steel plates. Low carbon steel has strong plasticity and is suitable for forging complex patterns. After treatment, it can resist the humid climate of Jinan; The patterned steel plate comes with its own texture, which can simplify the surface decoration process. According to the design drawings, use cutting equipment to cut steel into components such as door frames, decorative parts, and panels. During cutting, ensure that the cut is flat to avoid burrs affecting subsequent processing. For components that require bending or forging, such as curved door frames and three-dimensional flower decorations, the heating forging process should be used. After heating the steel to a red hot state, it should be pressed into shape with a mold, cooled, and then trimmed to ensure precise shaping.

　　焊接與組裝是塑造大門骨架的關(guān)鍵。先將門框的豎框與橫框焊接成整體框架，焊接點需飽滿牢固，焊后用角磨機打磨平整，避免凸起影響美觀或造成磕碰。接著安裝花件與裝飾部件，根據(jù)設(shè)計圖紙在框架上定位后，采用點焊固定，調(diào)整位置確認無誤后再滿焊，確保花件與框架連接緊密，在濟南的強風(fēng)天氣中不會松動。對于有玻璃或板材鑲嵌的大門，需預(yù)留相應(yīng)的卡槽，卡槽尺寸需精準，保證鑲嵌物安裝后牢固不晃動。組裝完成后，檢查大門的平整度，用水平儀校準，確保門框垂直、對角線誤差控制在 5 毫米以內(nèi)，避免安裝后出現(xiàn)開關(guān)不暢。

The welding points should be full and firm. After welding, use an angle grinder to polish them flat to avoid protrusions that affect the appearance or cause collisions. Next, install the floral and decorative components. After positioning them on the frame according to the design drawings, use spot welding to fix them. Adjust the position and confirm that it is correct before fully welding to ensure that the floral components are tightly connected to the frame and will not loosen in strong wind weather in Jinan. For doors with glass or panel inlay, corresponding card slots should be reserved, and the card slot size should be precise to ensure that the inlay is firmly installed without shaking. After assembly, check the flatness of the door and calibrate it with a spirit level to ensure that the vertical and diagonal errors of the door frame are controlled within 5 millimeters, in order to avoid smooth opening and closing after installation.

Finally, a clear coat can be applied to increase glossiness and enhance wear resistance.
